New Client and Surgery Deposit Policy
For all new clients, we collect a deposit of the cost of an exam, which is applied towards the cost of your visit when you arrive for your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid forfeit of your deposit. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or a no call/no show will result in the loss of your deposit, and will require an additional deposit for future appointments.
Surgical booking requires a deposit of $200, applied toward your pet’s procedure. This deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
