We provide service on an appointment priority basis.  Please contact 360-671-3903 during regular business hours: M-F 8a.m.-6p.m. and Saturday 8a.m.-4p.m. or utilize the PetDesk App 24 hours a day to schedule an appointment. For emergency medical needs during our business hours, we will make every effort to accommodate you and your pet.  Our technicians are trained to triage all medical crises and alert the Veterinarian staff as needed, so please don’t hesitate to contact us!

For an after-hours emergency, please contact Animal Emergency Care at 360-758-2200.

Prescription refills may be phoned in during business hours or requested anytime via the PetDesk App, but we do request 24-48 hours advance notice so we can be sure to have the items ready for pick-up.

Surgery is performed Monday-Friday and we arrange for early morning drop off starting at 7:30 a.m.  All animals are discharged in the evening unless not medically prudent, at which time transfer to AEC may be advised.

Accepted forms of payment in addition to cash:

We also contract with Payment Banc Financial Services to offer in-house, no interest 3-6 month payment plans for services totaling greater than $250. Monthly payments are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account, making this a great way to pay for those unexpected veterinary medical needs. Established clients of 6 months or greater in good financial standing with the hospital automatically qualify; all other new clients of less than 6 months will qualify after a medical credit inquiry. Balances do not appear on personal credit record. Please inquire for details.
