As an Ease Trusted Partner Clinic, we work with top board-certified veterinary behaviorists, led by Dr. Lisa Radosta DVM, DACVB, to provide expert-guided solutions for pets struggling with behavior challenges. That means you don’t have to figure it out alone. We can guide you to a structured plan with Ease and stay involved if medication might help.
How Does It Work?
Rule Out Medical Concerns: First we perform an exam, and potentially diagnostics, to ensure we are not overlooking a medical cause for a behavior.
We Refer You: Our team submits a Case Referral to Ease with your contact details and your pet’s information.
Client Questionnaire: EASE sends you a free intake questionnaire to assess your pet’s needs.
Customized Support: You purchase support for a one-time fee of $197 paid to Ease (only charged again for unrelated issues or after one year).
Free 15-Minute Call: Every referral gets a no-obligation phone call to answer questions.
Comprehensive Care: Guardians receive detailed treatment plans, short training videos and a Pet Portal with shopping lists, product links and pet progress journal.
Full Partnership With Your Veterinarian: Fairhaven Veterinary Hospital receives all notes, treatment plans, recommended medications, supplements, lab work and recheck schedules.
Follow Up Care: You can follow up with questions about training and progress with the team at Ease, directly through your Pet Portal. The team at FVH will work with you to determine if medication is appropriate, and coordinate those follow ups accordingly (medication and clinic follow ups are charged separately in addition to the care provided by Ease).
